Paralympian Sophie Christensen: How Riding for the Disabled (RDA) changed my life | Equestrian World

The UK charity Riding for the Disabled Association (RDA) has helped several riders pursue a career in paraequestrian Dressage. Amongst those riders is five-time Paralympic champion Sophie Christensen who was born with quadriplegic cerebral palsy. Horses and riding gave her a sense of escape from her day to day challenges.
